Q: How to choose suitable power adapter ?
A: (a) Please kindly tell us what's the power adapter will be use for?
The EN60601 is for medical equipments, EN60950 is for consumer electronics' devices,
home appliance is EN61558 standard.
(b) If your product working current is 1A, we suggest you to use 12v 1. 5A model, so the
adapter's temperature is low ,and have a long working life, usually it's double times.

Q: How does your factory do related quality control?
A: Quality is top priority. Firstly, we will control the raw material; secondly, every worker
does his job on the production line to ensure the professional; lastly, all products will be
full tested well before packing.

Q: Can I get samples to test quality before place order ?
